  大家好!
  首先對(duì)大家的忘我工作表示衷心的感謝:感謝你們的努力工作!感謝你們的支持和配合!看到大家揮汗如雨的工作,我內(nèi)心不知用什么語(yǔ)言表達(dá)自己對(duì)各位的謝意,只有再一次再一次向大家說(shuō)一聲:“真誠(chéng)的謝謝大家!”正是這種“團(tuán)結(jié)拼搏,爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)一流”的精神傳承,讓我們自強(qiáng)不息,一步步走到今天。員工的一顰一笑,工廠的一草一木,都令我心備感欣慰,為有這樣的同事、員工感到開(kāi)心與自豪。
  沉舟側(cè)畔千帆過(guò),病樹(shù)前頭萬(wàn)木春。工廠經(jīng)過(guò)前期的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已逐步走向新的局面,但同時(shí)我們不得不正視工廠存在的各種問(wèn)題。不能頭枕在以往的功勞薄上,不思進(jìn)取,碌碌無(wú)為。隨著工廠的不斷的發(fā)展,受外界不定因素的影響就會(huì)更多。我們?nèi)绾蚊鎸?duì)外界的不利因素,變不利為有利,這就要求我們管理者要居安思危,每時(shí)每刻要有一種高度的危機(jī)意識(shí),要有緊迫感,轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,不斷進(jìn)?。贿@就要求每一位員工都要更自覺(jué)的要求自己和改變自己,無(wú)論在什么崗位上都要做好自己的本職工作。
  丘吉爾說(shuō)過(guò):“一個(gè)人絕對(duì)不可在遇到危險(xiǎn)的威脅時(shí),背過(guò)身去試圖逃避,若是這樣做,只會(huì)使危險(xiǎn)加倍,但是如果立即面對(duì)它毫不退縮,危險(xiǎn)就會(huì)減半。”新陳代謝是一個(gè)人體的必需進(jìn)程,也是一個(gè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的變更和生命的不斷延續(xù)。工廠今年成立了新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子,一棵樹(shù)從栽下去到成長(zhǎng)需要一個(gè)過(guò)程,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中要進(jìn)行澆水、施肥和經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨才能茁壯成長(zhǎng)。同樣新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成立,也需要大家出自?xún)?nèi)心地、善意地、真誠(chéng)地幫助和監(jiān)督。當(dāng)然在工作中會(huì)遇到一些困難,某些方面不太適應(yīng)。因此我們大家要齊心協(xié)力,共同扶持。工廠對(duì)新的一代寄于厚望,所以我們的新班子人員要樹(shù)立高度的敬業(yè)心、責(zé)任心和使命感,要謙虛,肯付出。在此勉勵(lì)你們要團(tuán)結(jié)一致,自我批評(píng),吸收先進(jìn),優(yōu)化自己,共同面對(duì)風(fēng)雨考驗(yàn),把工作落實(shí)到實(shí)處。
  市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,給予工廠很大的壓力。但工廠和員工們還是力頂困難,在同行業(yè)中創(chuàng)造出了較好的業(yè)績(jī)。謝謝你們!一直以來(lái)我堅(jiān)信:?jiǎn)T工是企業(yè)最大的財(cái)富。所以我希望我們的管理者在工作中要對(duì)員工給予充分的信任和尊重、關(guān)心和愛(ài)護(hù),把員工當(dāng)作工廠的主人,積極發(fā)揮他們的主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性。
  殷切地希望全體員工和管理者共同奮力拼搏,克服一切的困難努力完成今年的生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。讓我們從日常工作中的一點(diǎn)一滴做起,讓我們一起手牽手,肩并肩,戰(zhàn)勝一切的困難。在工作中不斷的磨練自己的意志,提高自我素質(zhì)。做一個(gè)有所追求,敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)責(zé)任的人。

  Hello everyone!
  First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for your devoted work: Thank you for your hard work! Thank you for your support and cooperation! Seeing every one of you are so immersed in your own job, I have no idea how to express my gratitdue to you? only to say "thank you" from the bottom of my heart. It is this kind of spirit; "unity and hard work for the top-notch" that makes us see everyone's achievement and constant self-improvement and witness this very day's success. I sincerely feel thankful and pleased when I see the simle on your face and all the things in the factory. We should be happy and proud to have these colleagues and of course these employees.
  Every success accompanies countless setbacks and failures. Factory having gone through the early development is now gradually moving on to a brand new situation, and meanwhile we have to stand up to various problems around the factory. We shall not pleased with the past outcomes, and hesitant, living in mediocrity. With the continuous development of the factory, there will be more and more uncertain external factors. How do we face the external unfavorable factors, to make them into the beneficial ones? This requires us managers to be vigilant, and always hold an awareness of crisis, a sense of urgency to switch our ideas and keep making progress. This also ask every employee to be more conscious of themselves and make some changes about themselves; no matter what post you are on now, do your work.
  Churchill once said: "A person must not turned around to try to flee when facing hazardous threats, if it is done, the crisis will be doubled, but if it he is brave enough to stand up to it, the danger will be halved." Metabolism is a necessary process of the human body, and so is it with the change in the enterprise and the continuation of life. This year, the factory has just set up a new leadership team. A seed from being embedded in the soil until its growth into a big tree is a long time, in which we need to water it, fertilize it, wind and rains will make them thrive. So it is the same with our new set-up leadership team. It also needs everyone's sincere help and supervision. Of course, some will be trapped in some problems at work. So, we should work together and support each other. Our factory has great expectations of you, the new generation, so I hope the leadership team could establish strong dedication, a sense of responsibility and mission, and keep modest, willing to give. And now I am standing here to encourage you to unite, self-criticise, keep aggressive, keep improving yourselves, and face any problesm at work and complete your work effectively.
  With the Market competition intensifies, our factory is subject to great pressure. While all the workers are still take every endeavor to face the challenge. We has created a rather favorable performance in the industry. Thank you all! I have always believed that: employees are the greatest wealth of enterprise. So, I hope that we managers could give full confidence and respect, care and love to our staff. Regard them as the owner of the factory, and make them actively play their initiative and creativity.
  I earnestly hope that all staff and managers could work together to overcome all difficulties to complete this year's production goals and tasks. Let us start from our daily work bit by bit, let us hand in hand, side by side to overcome all the difficulties and constantly test our will and improve our qualities. To be a person who pursuit his goals and dare to fulfill responsibility.
